Whether a unique or series production vessel, regular overseeing of the project should be considered.  Oversight supported by formal reports recording each attendance are likely to enhance a vessel’s subsequent value.

• Examine the vessel periodically to report on progress and identify any issues requiring rectification to conform to the agreed specifications and standards
• Provide independent advice focused solely on the client’s needs
• Liaise with Flag State,  Classification Society, Lawyers, Captain/Crew and Builder
• Confirm whether stage payments are due when claimed
• Oversee dock and sea trials including stability testing
• Assist with identifying and resolving Warranty issues
